alex's caves breaks chunk loading

Issue description

When you view a camera from too many chunks away it causes chunks to not load properly I've had a situation where after exiting it killed me by putting me in the void. this was in single player so it is possible that it was something that could not be replicated on a server and could be single player only. I have quite a few mods installed so I don't know if it's an issue with a specific mod or not.

Steps to reproduce

place a camera and link it to the monitor

go very far away

use the monitor

exit out and something should be broken

Thank you for the report! Do you have a modpack that we can import to the CurseForge/Modrinth client to test this? These are a lot of mods to install manually otherwise. Thanks :) Alternatively, you could binary-search for the mod incompatibility (which seems quite likely to me to exist).

I can confirm it is alex's caves that causes the chunk loading bug. the chunks also don't appear to be solely where the player is and more of a general area, it is likely this could still lead to player deaths with the 2 mods installed and using the cameras. it does seem that chunk loading will recover after loading some different chunks, but it is still pretty iffy and simply non functional in a survival setting.

I would also like to note this is unrelated to the strange camera bug that was mentioned by another person where the camera would flicker between the 2 perspectives when using a frame.
