Laser going between regions is not coloured fully

Issue description

When placing a set of laser blocks, if the beam passes through a region border, it is only partially coloured by a lens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place two laser blocks in different regions
2. Attempt to colour the beam using a lens
3. Expected: entire beam is coloured
4. Actual: The laser is coloured until the region

border
