🚀 Feature: Contribution Score based on PR's and issues

Currently, the application displays a user's pull requests and issues, but there is no aggregated metric that reflects overall contribution activity.

I would like to add a lightweight contribution scoring system that calculates a score based on:

• merged pull requests
• open/closed pull requests
• created issues

This would provide users with a quick overview of their overall participation and engagement.

Proposed Scoring Logic

Example scoring model:

• Merged PR → +5 points
• Open PR → +2 points
• Closed PR → +1 point
• Issue Created → +1 point

Hello Maintainers,

I would like to work on Issue #340 under GSSOC'26.

I analyzed the repository structure and the feature requirements carefully. My implementation approach will focus on creating a scalable and lightweight contribution scoring system without introducing unnecessary API overhead.

Planned implementation includes:

• Creating a reusable contribution score utility
• Aggregating PR and issue metrics efficiently
• Proper classification of merged/open/closed PRs
• Adding a responsive analytics UI component
• Maintaining backward compatibility with existing services
• Adding edge-case handling and tests

I also plan to keep the scoring model configurable for future extensibility.

The implementation workflow I’ll follow:

1. Analyze existing GitHub API/data flow
2. Create scoring utility layer
3. Integrate metrics into analytics pipeline
4. Build UI component/dashboard card
5. Add tests and validation
6. Update documentation if required
