Future of #[momo]

#[momo] is currently defined in gix-macros and it offers some advantages not readily available elsewhere, discussed in #1997. But it was introduced there primarily in order to be convenient for use in gix-* crates. It is no longer being used in them, and this is not likely to be done again in the foreseeable future because the benefits in gix-* crates turn out to be limited.

Therefore, per #1997 (comment), it may be helpful for it to be moved from gix-macros to a separate project.

Motivation 🔦

This issue tracks that proposal or, more broadly, any change--or decision not to make a change--for the future of #[momo]. This is to allow the PR #1997 (which shall not be merged) to be closed without risking losing track of the matter.
