Remove "updatecheck.exe" from Microsoft Store version

Since Microsoft Store handles background updates seamlessly, the "updatecheck.exe" executable is not needed. And in fact, it creates a conflicts with some other programs and causes errors, so it would be nice if it were possible to remove.
