Bug: claim button appears clickable while loading claim data

Bug Description
When you switch network it can take time until the claim data is available (amount and wether user can claim)
During that time the claim button can appear clickable (blue without the claim amount just saying "claim now") while pressing on it does nothing
Steps to Reproduce
When you can claim switch to XDC
...

Expected Behavior
Claim button should be disabled or a spinner shown until user can claim
