sap_hana_install_files_bucket is not optional in stack NetWeaver-Distributed

In https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/sap-deployment-automation/blob/master/stacks/NetWeaver-Distributed/vars/deploy-vars.yml I find

sap_hana_install_files_bucket: nw-ansible
sap_nw_install_files_bucket: nw-code-ansible

under "# Optional". Why is this the case? It's not optional at all. I would remove the comment "Optional".
