Index error in postmaps.replicate_maps

An index exception is raised in postmaps.replicated_maps, called from create_SPIRE_cat. The default nrep=1000 is too high for XID+ tests performed with less than 500 iterations. It looks like the except block in this function is the same as in the try block, while the actual size of the posterior is not checked.
