The API KEY is visible to everyone on github

- [ ] Make an API_KEY const inside a newly created .env file. (Everyone should add their .env file on their local )
- [ ] change useNews.js hook to import API_KEY from .env
- [ ] change buildArticleJson.py likewise (mind you it's in python)
- [ ] Make an API_KEY const inside a newly created .env file **on netlify**
