Internal UI Dashboard

Note: Internal design is up to us to decide what ui is most intuitive for the presidents to navigate through applications.

UI along the lines of:

• Dashboard: UC Davis pool; Non UC Davis pool
• Click on either pool: View applications based on 'status' (pending, accepted, rejected, waitlisted) (a backend api call will be created later for this feature)
• When viewing application: should have an accept, reject, or waitlist button - along with all application details
• Should have a 'Are you sure you want to [accept/rej/wait] this application?' kind of popup
