Update curriculum

Motivation

The technologies and tools are changing very fast. Teaching techniques should be improved and updating the teaching materials so we can make life easy for learners and for coaches.
@samirm00 suggested to start step by step to update the materials for different modules.

Suggested steps:

• Changing master branch into main branch.
• Updating package.json version 2.0.0 -> 2.0.1
• Updating packages dependencies.
• Adding WORKFLOW definition to README.
• Adding workflow diagram to README.
• Updating suggested study
