32-bit comparisons/ternary are not supported #10

32-bit comparisons require a sequence of vsubc+vlt/vge.
Notice that you could have a 32-bit comparison in a ternary operator to select a 16-bit vector. And also a 16-comparison to select a 32-bit vector. (this seems to work already).
