Non-Printing Layer (request)

There seems to be no way to have a non-printing layer.
as there is no equivalent "defpoints" layer.
Is there a way of not printing the viewport frame?

Yes, I actually noticed that deficiency. A few days ago, when I wanted to create a sheet with several segments, I had to assign a white pen to a special layer so that it would disappear. I'll be working on it.
