Unable to insert block with attributes

Steps to reproduce:

• open file (remove the .txt extension)

OCS-block-issue.dwg.txt

• insert the only block available to the drawing
• press Enter four times to confirm the default attribute values
• block is not inserted or visible

Oh, you are right. Sorry for the confusion.

The confusing part is that ZOOM Extents does not work for when only this block is inserted as the largest object in the drawing.
