Server Template and Boot From SAN

We have a template for server deployment but each time we need to deploy we need to add a volume from our primera array set that to bootable and configure 2 fibre channel connections with primary and secondary boot options, ive looked at different ways to do this with the powershell module but I get errors back as if both actions need to be done in the same step can anyone help??
