Design of video-chat page

right now we can support a limited number of participants, since the HTML template for the video page is hard-coded. let's make it a little less hard-coded, and a little more pretty 🎉

I'm a big fan of https://talky.io, so I think it would be nice to do something similar here as a quick first prototype. Maintaining the geometry of a conversation is important for interpersonal and psycho-social reasons.

So, the idea is:

1. I have a small monitor video that shows me on the right or on the bottom of my screen
2. if I'm speaking with one other person, they fill the screen
3. if I'm speaking with two, the screen is split in the middle
4. if with three, screen is in thirds.
