Add more files button - put at the top of the list (rather than just the footer)

I have a workspace with lots of previous validations - currently 27 (I dont know what the visible limit is)

To see the button to "add more files" (or "clear workspace") I have to scroll down - I don't see it on my default view (see below screenshot)

It would be helpful if these same buttons were also at the top of the table
