Documentation Fix: The section on Deployment Locations should explain long lasting keys

By default the API keys used on some platforms (e.g. OCP) use short lasting API keys. For Deployment Locations the life of a key needs to be either permanent or at least long lasting.

The documents should explain how to create and use such a key.
