Kafka message versioning: SOL003 driver

The SOL003 driver submits messages to Kafka for brent
In the Sol 003 driver the messages are:
ExecutionAsyncResponse and LcmOpOccPollingRequest

Need to add a version attribute to the two model classes used in messages

Version will start at 1.0.0 and
version number is to be separate by message.
