Grant response does not return all params

The current Grant response (#9.5.2.3) only returns mandatory parameters.
It needs to return others also.
(a) Some Grant response parameters overlap and can be obtained from the Grant Request, e.g.
vnfInstanceId, vnfLcmOpOccId, addResources, additionalParams

(b) other response parameters need to be obtained elsewhere, e.g.
vimConnections, zones, vimAssets, etc.
