[BUG]: Summary file generated inconsistently when running in Github Actions

Description

I was trying to automate cypress accessibility tests using github actions. I was trying to obtain summary file. For some reason, when running the script for the first time I will get the summary file generated successfully. But subsequently when I rerun them, it is showing the error - 'No files were found with the provided path'.
I tried methods like clearing the cache data, but nothing seems to work.
When I tried listing the files, I understood that all other files except summary file is successfully generated every time.
