Document PDF generation issue

Hello! Thank you for making such an excellent climate model open source. Thank you for your work.

I have encountered many problems during use and want to learn and solve them by referring to the documentation. However, after installing the relevant Latex tools in the Ubuntu system, there are always errors when converting the document to PDF format. Many references cannot be found. Would it be convenient for you to directly provide a real-time updated PDF-format document and upload it to the doc directory?
