If the inference image only has the upper body, the inference result will still show the keypoints of the lower body. I have checked the output of the model, but it seems that there is no data related to confidence score. How to solve this problem?

Not yet. If you're not targeting anime characters, maybe try mmpose, which makes it easy to set confidence score.
