Strings / boxes./ etc completely disappeared from study

I have a clone of a study from Antonino.
The original study has documentation strings, yellow boxes etc. (See screenshot)

After the cloning, these strings etc were still there for 2 days.
But when i opened the study this morning, all of these are gone.
