Hi, I'm learning Japanese in an Osaka dialect. Is it possible to modify this add-on to include this pitch accent? Thank you in advance.

Hi,
you can use the user_pitchdb.csv for that.

In the add-on's menu, click on “show custom DB path”.
This will show you where the file is located on your system.
Here's an example with a single entry.
If you prepare a file with the words you're learning and the pitch for Osaka dialect, the add-on will use your entries from the user_pitchdb.csv instead of the standard entries.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Just to confirm, this means I need to manually update the pitch accent for each word I am learning? Thanks.

Not necessarily.
The add-on needs to know the pitch accent for a word in order to add it.
Shipped with the add-on comes a dictionary with the standard Japanese pitch accents. (Dictionary used is Wadoku.)
If you have a Osaka dialect pitch accent dictionary, you can make the add-on use that (see previous commend and format of user_pitchdb.csv).

As a side note regarding manually adding pitch-accents, if you look on the add-on page under “additional features”, you can see an explanation of how to do that more comfortably in the card editor directly.
