* Update to preferred name

following Collab Guide [PR 38](Imageomics/Collaborative-distributed-science-guide#38)

* Set new version and release date

* Add Zenodo metadata file and validation test for tracking with snapshot

* Reference is redundant, tracked in new Zenodo metadata file

* Reset date
