windows cannot access the specified device path or file

Im using a KRC4 with a KR60 robot.

After double clicking the KukavarProxy.exe i get the error message "Error: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item".
After closing the errormessage the exe dissapears.
Same thing happens after right click -> run as admin.
The exe also dissapeared after right click -> properties without an error message

The file was located on the desktop.
