The cards in the “What Customers Say” section are currently static, providing no visual feedback when hovered over. Adding a subtle hover effect would make the section more interactive and engaging, highlighting user testimonials effectively while maintaining a professional look.
Describe the solution you'd like
When a user hovers over a customer review card:
The card should slightly scale up or lift using a shadow/elevation effect.
Cursor should change to a pointer to indicate interactivity.
Optional subtle background color or border transition to highlight the active card.
Maintain consistency with hover effects used in other sections (e.g., Blog or Reviews cards).
