Doesnt work on 1.12.2

Describe the bug
When i use the plugin, version 1.4.6. on my paper 1.12.2 server, it wont load and displays red in the /plugins

To Reproduce
get it in a 1.12.2 paper server and restart

Expected behavior
it dont work
