Transparent block models not rendering correctly in inventory or while held in hand #2614

What happened?

When looking at any fully transparent/translucent block in any container (i.e. glass blocks, slime blocks, honey blocks, leaves) including the creative inventory and excluding the survival inventory, all 6 faces are rendered (see image A) when any shaderpack is enabled (tested with Complementary Unbound and NoShader). Only the frontmost three faces should be visible (see image B), like when no shaders are enabled.

Additionally, the tops of Azalea plants are bugged as well when they are in any container (shown in a large chest in Image C).

Transparent blocks are also rendered with all 6 faces when held in hand in first person (Image D), despite rendering correctly in the hotbar.

The attached log output contains all of my mods. I also have edited my Complementary shader options, but as I have also seen the effect with NoShader, it is not a shader-specific issue.
