"Use as template" not working on the WebApp

Describe the bug

The template is empty when trying to "Use as template" on the WebApp.
I have tried to duplicate the "PoltavaFields2023_08092025_APSIMSouth" simulation and create the "PoltavaFields2023_08092025_APSIM_North", however the template created is empty.

Steps to reproduce

Duplicate the "PoltavaFields2023_08092025_APSIMSouth" simulation and create the "PoltavaFields2023_08092025_APSIM_North" with "Use as template" on the WebApp.
