Description
We need to be able to scale without adding support staff. A good help widget is one tool for achieving this.
Maybe we should also require some training before a teacher account is fully activated:
- Complete training on a special test account where all exercises are available (5 minutes / exercise?)
- Answer questions about how to interpret training statistics
- ..
