Implement a fetcher for OpenAlex using the SearchBasedFetcher/SearchBasedParserFetcher interfaces
API docs for searching and filtering:

You need to implement a parser to parse the JSON result to Bibtex.

Optionally, implement full-text fetcher capabilities.
