For system I do not know settings launch values. And in global it takes any value but does not change app to dark mode. Please helo

Do you want a dark mode per app? Sorry I misunderstood your request. I am not sure what is the key for night mode. It really depends on the device. For example, I am using Tecno. It resides in Settings.Secure

The dark mode key is ui_night_mode to 2 and light mode is 1.
