UI/UX tweak: targets for swipe removal and drag-and-drop should be larger

Right now, the interaction targets for swipe removal and drag-and-drop moving in the Jam view are confined to the title of the song, and can be tricky to perform. They should be expanded to cover the entire list view item, including album art and owner/added by section.
