Have a better message than `<string> expected, got '<string>'` when the strings are equal

I've got a message that is thoroughly confusing.

From the MapCSS.bnf and MapCSS.bnf.preview file (Archive.zip), I get the following message in IntelliJ 2024.2.0.2 (242.20224.419) with Grammar-Kit 2022.3.2:

meta expected, got 'meta'

This comes from

Grammar-Kit/src/org/intellij/grammar/parser/GeneratedParserUtilBase.java

message = expected + " expected, got '" + first(actual, MAX_ERROR_TOKEN_TEXT, true) + "'";

Unfortunately, I have no idea why the meta expected, got 'meta' appears.

• MapCSS language specification
• Attempting to make language plugin for IntelliJ
• VS Code plugin (roughly equivalent to custom file type)
• I am fully aware that my BNF file is not "good"
