rclone check

I would like support for rclone check (to be able to detect files that have been removed at one side to be able to mark them for deletion on the other side after a certain time has elapsed). Would that be possible to add?

Sure!
I added support for the check command in #58. I made it such that it return a bool that indicates if both dirs match as well as a list that includes all files on both sides and if they match (using --combined )

Super! That was very fast, I'll test ASAP. BTW, would it be possible to support flags? In my specific use case I would prefer --missing-on-src, I'm fine parsing the --combined output, just asking.

Wonderful! regarding the flags: you can specify all options that are not covered by the wrapper through the args parameter of the check function (e.g. the --missing-on-src file option)
