[Bug] Constant spin while holding quick turn and getting up from back

Describe the bug
Holding quick turn and using forward get up from prone will have you spin around like a top.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Beatrun_QuickturnGround
2. Land on your back.
3. Hold quick turn (attack2).
4. Whee.

Expected behavior
Not whee.
