Missing CONTRIBUTING.md File

I noticed that the repository currently does not have a CONTRIBUTING.md file.

Having a dedicated CONTRIBUTING.md helps new contributors understand how to get started with the project — including steps like forking, cloning, setting up the environment, creating branches, and opening pull requests.

I'd be happy to create and add a clear, beginner-friendly CONTRIBUTING.md to improve the contribution workflow!
