Centos manifest file referencing internal repo

I noticed that the manifest for Centos repo is referencing 10.84.5.71:5000/ repo, which is obviously not public. I can't seem to find any public container images. Could you update the links to public repos, please?

Also, cant find "contrail-vrouter-compiler-centos7:4.0.0.0-20" referred in manifest
