Goal
Better accessibility and usability when navigating between pages.
Scope
- Move focus to page heading on navigation
- Preserve focus when opening/closing overlays
- Document pattern for feature teams
Acceptance Criteria
- Keyboard users land in predictable place after navigation
- No focus traps outside modals
- Works with screen readers
