All shuttle cockpit Kerbal crew "floating" issue

I run RSS/RO/RP1 in KSP 1.12.5. I also use SpaceODY's Space Shuttle System, and Benjee10's SOCK. I am having an issue in all shuttle cockpits in RP1 (stock, SSS, SOCK) where all kerbals appear to be floating above their seat. For kerbals, their heads make it so that the eyes of the kerbals stick out of the cockpit, and for kerbalinas their eyes are level with a switch in the cockpit. Attached is an image on the KK LC-39A on a MM Shuttle launchpad (MM accessories break my game) showcasing the issue. Also attached is a list of my CKAN mods. Keep in mind this issue is also apparent in the 2 other shuttle style cockpits. Also keep in mind the issue fixes itself when I switch vessels (?).
