Split DataStore2 into multiple files, make implementation more generic (#39)

* Start work splitting into folders

* Begin work on more generic implementation

* Debugging, remove some redundant code

* Tests pass!

* Go back to self.debug

* Credit to Coercii

* DataStore2.project.json file

* Add DataStore2.rbxmx, that's where I'm building

* Add dummy DataStore2.module.lua
