2fa setup fails, as does opening a help ticket

Hodler-level account.
Using version 2.5.4 (564) on
Pixel 9 phone.

Have a wallet set up using 2 different users.
When I try to establish a server key, it attempts to set up 2fa, which fails with error message:

"cannot read property: Setup Successful."

I've tried multiple times with both users.

And....I've tried multiple times to send a help ticket including a screenshot of the error message, but it seems that nothing is sent to you.
When I revisit the help section, it says there are no open tickets.

I've discovered that if I disconnect the in-app tor feature (which is a great feature), and connect to a non-tor server, the above problems stop occurring.
Basically, when running tor, I cannot: setup a server key, use a server key in a tx, or complete a health check on an existing server key.
