Update: CI + Branch Protection Enabled

We’ve enabled required CI checks and branch protection on main to keep the codebase stable.

What this means:

• PRs must pass all tests before merging
• Branch may need to be updated with latest main

If your PR shows “branch is out of date”:

1. Pull latest main
2. Run: pre-commit run --all-files
3. Push again
