[FEAT] Automatic Data Export to Wikidata/Wikipedia

Description

We want to be able to push our carbon footprint data in an automatic way to Wikidata and Wikipedia to make the data more public and achieve a higher transparency of the company emissions in the public.

Tasks

• [Feat] Implement Methods for automatic data upload to wikidata #632 (Add methods to create or update carbon footprint data in wikidata)
• [Feat] Update Wikipedia Page from Garbo #633 (Add methods to update wikipedia articles with carbon footprint data)
• Automatically trigger wikidata update on verfication of carbon footprint data in the frontend
• Automatically trigger wikipedia update on update of wikidata update

Additional Tasks

• Add an interval job to compare our data with the data on wikidata and notify the team about differences

Non-Functional Tasks

• Sign up for a bot account for wikidata (optionally also for wikipedia)
