Use BHStudios' script repo JQuery instead of Shared.BHStudios.org's

Currently, the JQuery script that's used is from https://shared.bhstudios.org/_js/jquery-bh-preferred.js

Since Shared.BHStudios.org is hosted on an FTP VPS through GoDaddy, its uptime is unreliable. Instead, the newer and more-stable BlueHuskyStudios scripts repo's JQuery inclusion script should be used.
