Bug Summary

When you rightclick on a normal knob, you can change it's scaling type between log and linear.

However, this option does not appear in TempoSyncKnobs.

Expected Behaviour

You should be able to change the scaling type of any knob.

Steps To Reproduce

Rightclick on a tempo sync knob, such as an LFO speed knob.
