Link of different authorship information to different geographic locations #14

Description

@CherineJ

Some taxa come with different accepted authorship information. Why and how this establishes is however still a bit unclear. During our NLBIF-NIOO workshop on "Boosting the Impact of Biodiversity Data", Niels Raes mentioned that the authorship relates to the geographic locations where the taxon has been described. This would mean that we have to use the authorship information that corresponds to the geographic location the data was collected at (instead of using the most commonly used authorship information as described in #12).

We have to check whether this is indeed the case and whether there are any other rules/implication on how to decide on which authorship information to use.
