Refactor Painting #10
Description
Currently, there are two painting schemes. The regional drawing uses Tkinter, and the manual cell mask addition and subtraction use Pillow. With the improvement of the manual cell masking to use an eraser, it is now important to consolidate the painting functions to improve code quality.
This will be started after the mask eraser is implemented.
